Mr. Shabbir Saifee is a graduate of Al Jamea tus Saifiyah, Arabic Academy in Surat India where he studied Islamic Art and Culture for 11 years. There, he was able to develop his natural gifts in the areas of Islamic Calligraphy and Quran al Kareem. Mr. Saifee writes in various Arabic scripts such as Kufi Script, Naskh, Thuluth, as well as Urdu and English Calligraphy. His artwork has been engraved in many Masjids in India and the United States, including Asma-ullah in Kufi Script at Mohammedi Masjid in Katy as well as in Thuluth at Saifee Masjid in Dallas.
Mr. Saifee is passionate about Islamic Art and welcomes the opportunity to share his knowledge and skills with others as well as learn about new facets and aspects of Islamic art. - “Bismillah ar Rahman ar Raheem” (“In the name of Allah, most Gracious and most Compassionate”) in Naskh Script
- “Allah” in Kufi Script
- Ayat al Quran al Kareem: “Wa iza Maridhto fahuwa Yashfeen” in Fatemi Kufi Script
- Ayat al Quran al Kareem: “Wa Amrona illa Wahedatun ka Lamhin bil Basar” in Thuluth Script.
