Zartasha A. Shah

She is an artist, art historian, curator, docent, educator, marketing assistant, photographer, poet, and a writer. She was born to Anjum Gilani and Mohio-u-Din in 1967 in Pakistan. She has three siblings. She is a proud American resident, and she resides with her spouse and three children in Conroe, Texas. She is studying to earn M.Ed in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in art education and a Teacher Certification in art for all ages from K-12 from the UH. She is also a proud undergrad at UH and LSCS. She works for herself, Conroe Art League (docent and marketing assistant), Conroe ISD, and Spring ISD. She is a curator and she curated and exhibitions artwork two times at the Consulate of Pakistan in Houston and six times at the Pakistan Center. She judged at the Science Engineering Fair of Houston (SEFH) in 2016 and 2017, and at the Teacher Association of Future Educators (TAFE) at UH in Spring, 2016. As a member of CAL, She judged for the Students of Conroe ISD students’ scholarship at The Woodlands Children museum in spring 2015. She participated in the festivals and the displays of IAS in Texas.
